The winners awarding ceremony, organized by marketing guru Philip Kotler, took place in the «Russia Today» multimedia center on the 4th of December. The chance to compete for the prize of the best Russian experts in the field of marketing and advertising was taken by TOP-managers of advertising, marketing and PR-agencies, corporate clients, public organizations, high-ranking government representatives.
The judging process included online voting of members of the jury for each of the 3 criteria: recognized by the industry business innovations that influenced development of the agency, company and/or industry; most dynamic business development; new niche, idea, concept; social value of the activity; positive result for the past year – launch of a new product (service) and/or financial result. However, the main decision on the choice of the winner was made by Philip Kotler.
Chief Creative and co-owner of DDVB agency Leonid Feigin has become the winner in the "Non-commercial services" category. This honorary award was handed to Leonid by Alexey Khodyachikh - Media Director of Nestle.Russia and Eurasia - and Natalia Pochinok - rector of the Russian State Social University.
Kotler Awards - a prestigious Application in the field of marketing and advertising, This award was created in order to value and mark greatest personal achievements of professionals in communication business. Main difference between Kotler Award and numerous other awards in the industry is the fact that it is not the most successful agency or campaign that gets an award, but a single personality.
